I’m a UX/UI & Product Designer with a decade of experience crafting digital experiences across industries—from e-commerce to higher education to agency.

My love for storytelling and human behavior led me to UX, where I geek out over the psychology behind user interactions and decision-making. With a background in digital marketing, I’m passionate about blending data-driven insights with creativity and empathy in all of my designs. My goal? As a UX Designer for the 7th largest global online retailer, I focus on optimizing the Product Details Page (PDP) experience — the primary conversion point on the The Home Depot website and mobile app — by creating user-centered design solutions for both B2C and Pro customers.

Accomplishments & Highlights
  • Led the migration of legacy UI to a new design system, redesigning 20+ PDP features to improve usability and cohesion, which resulted in an 11% increase in add-to-cart conversions.
  • Facilitated a comprehensive UI overhaul of the main product image gallery on PDP, improving visual design and interaction flow to create a seamless browsing experience for users, resulting in increased time-on-page and reduced bounce rates
  • Designed the company’s first Black Friday promotion experience on PDP, featuring an event timer that highlighted sale items, driving a record $3.6M in Black Friday sales

In this hybrid UX Design-UX Content Strategy role, I streamlined high-friction, content-heavy user experiences across The Home Depot website and mobile app by leading user research to uncover pain points and redesigning user flows, improving clarity/usability and reducing time on task by 27%.

Accomplishments & Highlights
  • Composed a holistic UX content design strategy to guide users in discovering in-store clearance items across the online shopping journey, unlocking $30M in potential revenue and recognized by executive leadership
  • Designed a user-focused refrigerator fit calculator tool enabling customers to accurately measure their space and select the right appliance, addressing a key customer pain point and reducing major appliance returns by 31%
  • Overhauled the B2C and Pro account menu design and structure by conducting user feedback sessions and usability testing to inform information architecture (IA) decisions, increasing page findability by 90%
  • Conducted a full-scale design governance initiative to streamline The Home Depot’s use of badging across the website, reducing visual clutter, improving user trust, and establishing a scalable framework for management of the badging component

As a Digital Marketer & UX Design Strategist, I led all digital marketing initiatives for the Undergraduate Admissions office, targeting prospective students through strategic email campaigns, website design, and the implementation of the department’s first SEO strategy. Additionally, I crafted feature articles and stories to engage audiences and strengthen the university’s digital presence.

  • Independently led the complete redesign of Georgia Tech’s Undergraduate Admissions and Financial Aid websites utilizing a user-focused approach to improve its IA , visual design, and content structure, which resulted in a 44% increase in site engagement
